CAN YOU DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS THAT IS NOT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can choose an alternative delivery address when you are checking out. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes for security issues.

can I CHANGE my shipping ADDRESS?

If you are able to provide us with the new address prior to dispatch, we will be happy to update your address (email customercare@yomismaclothing.com.) However, once we have processed your order and it has been dispatched, it's not possible to change any address details. You will incur any shipping fees necessary to reroute your package.

WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Outside of the U.S., customs or import duties are charged once a package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. We do not have any control over these costs and do not have specifics on what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please be aware that your package can be delayed by customs and that charges may be applied for the same reason.

Many of our products tend to sell out quickly, and we do restock when possible. If a product is out of stock, please use the presale option assure you get your favorite item when inventory is replenished. We will keep you apprised of the delivery status.

AN ITEM I BOUGHT IS NOW ON SALE. CAN I GET THE DIFFERENCE REFUNDED?

Since it is difficult for us to predict when and if we will put certain items on sale, it is not possible for us to refund the difference between your purchase price and a later sale price.

When are Orders shipped?

Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after they are placed, as long as the product is in stock. For customized products, please allow for an additional 5 business days before shipment.

HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT YOUR Order HAS shipped?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package has left our facility.

WHERE AND HOW CAN YOU TRACK YOUR PACKAGE?

We ship our packages via UPS within the U.S. and via DHL if international. Please see your dispatch confirmation email for package tracking information.
